COMMERCIAL PREMISES

Commercial and industrial propertiesAC services

Offices, shops, and other commercial premises involve business hours, building management, and shutdown arrangements. First understand what information is needed for the site situation, then choose the appropriate service.

SCENARIOS

Select the closest situation

  1. Commercial building / office building

Office AC may be installed by the tenant, or it may be part of the building's shared system. Identifying the unit and management responsibility first is more useful than asking for a price based only on the words 'central AC'. Provide the model, number of units, inspection location and management office requirements, then confirm the scope for cleaning, fault inspection or equipment replacement.

  2. Industrial Building / Industrial-Commercial Building

An industrial building address does not mean the same air-conditioning system is used. Offices, workshops and storage spaces each have different equipment, operating load and site conditions. First confirm the actual system, location and safe access, then define whether cleaning, inspection, repair or installation can be undertaken, so that special system works are not mixed into an ordinary AC cleaning quotation.

  3. Shopping mall

In a shopping mall, tenant air conditioning and shared building equipment may be managed by different parties. Retail stores, catering premises and other uses also have different shutdown and protection requirements. State the shop use, equipment and problem location first, then coordinate the management arrangement. Do not assume all tenants in the same mall have the same configuration.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

What areas are handled in AC cleaning for industrial and commercial properties?

Confirm the cleaning scope for dust filters, heat exchange parts, fan wheels and drainage according to the model and accessible parts, and first protect the work area. Air outlets, fan coil units, full duct runs and main units are different jobs; the scope should follow the listed equipment and the current commercial price list.

Can commercial cleaning, repair and replacement be covered by one quotation?

Separate the items clearly. Cleaning is charged by the confirmed parts and number of units; for faults, inspection comes first before the repair quote is explained; for replacement, confirm the support, piping, drainage, power supply, removal of the old unit and management submission separately. Regular maintenance must also separately confirm the frequency and what is included each time, and it does not automatically include all parts or attendance.

Does industrial and commercial building service cover all central air conditioning and specialist systems?

That should not be assumed. First check the equipment, management responsibility and workable location; cooling towers, cold-chain systems and precision air conditioning in plant rooms require separate confirmation of professional scope and are not automatically all included under general commercial cleaning.

Does the industrial and commercial building directory mean the company has serviced every building?

No. The directory, service scope, and completed cases are different sets of information. Only verifiable actual work is listed as a service case.
