AC cleaning
AC cleaning is our main service. Ceiling cassette units, ducted units and other commercial models are charged according to the current commercial price list; window units and split units are charged at the household rate. High-level work or additional tasks will be quoted separately first.
Protect the site according to the unit’s use
For offices, studios, warehouses or workshops, please advise on computers, shelving, inventory and work machines under the unit first, and arrange safe access and protected areas. The name of an industrial building does not mean the same cleaning method can be used.
Confirm high-level and ceiling units first
Please provide the unit height above ground, inspection port, outdoor unit and accessible points. Ceiling units and ducted units are priced according to the commercial model rate; high-level work, special access or extra work must be stated first and are not automatically included in the general cleaning fee.
Separate cleaning from industrial systems
Cleaning a single unit’s AC does not mean we take on the whole building’s shared system, process cooling or all industrial equipment. First confirm power isolation, shutdown and responsibility, then after completion test-run and check the drainage within the confirmed scope.

How is AC cleaning charged for a unit in Camel Paint Building?
Based on the model and quantity, refer to the current commercial or residential AC cleaning price list; pricing is not set separately by building. High-level work, special access or extra work will be quoted separately in advance and carried out only after confirmation.
What is the difference between the addresses of Blocks 1, 2 and 3?
Blocks 1 and 2 are at 62 Kwai Yuen Road, while Block 3 is at 60 Kwai Yuen Road. When enquiring, please state the block and floor clearly so the actual work location can be confirmed.
Can you handle central systems in buildings?
This page is for air conditioning services for individual units. For building common systems or management-controlled systems, responsibility and scope must be confirmed first; it cannot be assumed based on previous service to an individual unit.
If the Camel Paint Building AC is leaking or not cooling, should I clean it first or inspect it first?
First explain where and when the symptom appears. Dust buildup, poor drainage and component faults are handled differently; if the cause is unclear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair, and cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical equipment, stop using the relevant equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for Camel Paint Building calculated?
The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is the same charge, not charged separately twice. If repairs are carried out after the inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Does air conditioning repair include a warranty?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the method of handling, the parts needed and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation; parts availability is checked according to the actual model.
What information is needed for replacement or new AC installation?
Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
Does sending a WhatsApp enquiry count as a booking already?
An enquiry does not mean the booking is confirmed; the service date and time must be confirmed by customer service with you.
