CLEANING FIRST

Residential window and split-type units use the current price list according to unit type and the number in the same household; for same-day group bookings across households, please enquire separately about group-buy arrangements, and do not directly combine them with the same-household multi-unit discount.The area or property name itself does not create a separate cleaning price.
If it is only not cold enough during busy operating hours, explain the door opening, foot traffic, and equipment operating conditions so the technician can distinguish between usage conditions and unit issues.
The inspection will first identify dripping, odour, noise, insufficient cooling or tripping issues, then find the cause according to the equipment and site conditions. If the customer does not proceed with repair or does not accept the quotation, a fixed HK$500 inspection/call-out fee will be charged as the same fee item; if repair is carried out, HK$500 can be deducted from the repair cost. Please verify the amount payable when confirming the quotation.
If there is a burning smell, smoke, repeated tripping, or water near electrical parts, please stop using the equipment first and do not keep switching it on or dismantle it yourself.

Shops and offices may state preferred time slots before opening or after closing. The actual date, manpower and estate management entry requirements must all be confirmed together; air-conditioning and exhaust cleaning are quoted separately.
For residential cleaning, you may first provide photos of the unit, outdoor location and furniture so water protection can be arranged. For replacement, the window frame, support and drainage must also be checked; providing only horsepower is not enough.
