AC cleaning costs depend on the unit type, number of units, and site conditions. This tool uses the website’s current price list and calculates one unit type at a time. Any unit count not listed, cross-home group bookings, and special works require a separate quote.

Calculation method

  1. For household window units and split units, use the published total price for each set and do not estimate unlisted unit counts yourself; multi-unit offers require the same estate or nearby estates and same-day service, while cross-household group bookings are quoted separately.
  2. For commercial four-way cassette, central, ducted and slim-type units, pricing is based on the selected model and the per-unit rate for 1 units, 2–4 units, 5–9 units, or 10 units or above; air curtain units follow a separate price list.
  3. Steam and outdoor unit cleaning are charged by the number of units for each add-on item, and do not receive package discounts based on the main service units. Window units do not qualify for separate outdoor unit cleaning.
  4. The calculation does not include unselected items, scaffolding, special high-altitude work, parts or repairs. Applicable parts, safe access and the final scope of work must be confirmed first. The estimate is not a formal quotation or a confirmed booking.

Frequently asked questions

Can 11 to 14 household air conditioners be charged at the 15-unit rate?
No. The current domestic price list does not list an overall package price for 11 to 14 units. The system will prompt for a separate quotation, and 15-unit pricing or manual interpolation should not be treated as confirmed charges.
Is the outdoor unit included in the cleaning fee?
Basic cleaning does not include the outdoor condenser. For split units, outdoor unit cleaning can be arranged separately, but the safe working location must be confirmed first; this separate add-on does not apply to window units.
After the estimate, is the booking confirmed?
No. You can bring the result into the booking form or WhatsApp enquiry, and customer service will separately confirm the time, applicable offer, and final quotation.
