Is steam included? What is excluded?
For washing machines and other steam-cleaned appliances, including tumble dryers, ovens, dishwashers, cookers, fans, and refrigerators, the basic price already includes the applicable steam treatment. No extra steam add-on fee will be charged.
View steam cleaning and exclusions
- Upholstery service arranges vacuuming and suitable high-temperature steam treatment according to the material; materials that are not suitable for steam will not be forced to undergo it.
- Bathroom heaters and exhaust fans are mainly cleaned by dust removal, detergent and water washing of suitable parts, and are not all treated with steam. Electronic and heat-sensitive parts must be protected. The actual method will be arranged according to the suitability of the equipment and materials.
- Does not include repairs, part replacement, or refurbishment of components. Stubborn stains, discolouration, or material damage may not be completely removed by cleaning alone.
When should it be changed to repair?
Failure to operate, motor, fan, control or heating component faults, water leakage and cracked parts from aging all need the cause checked first; cleaning should not be treated as repair.
View other repair situations
- If any parts need repair or replacement, this will be explained and quoted first, and additional work will only be carried out after approval.
Preparation and photos before booking
Please provide the cleaning items, quantity, appliance model labels, installation location and a full view of the surrounding space. For fabric items, also provide a full-piece photo of the furniture, material label, dimensions and close-ups of the stains.

- For high-level or built-in units, we also need photos and measurements of the installation height, removable panels and access openings; for faults or rusty areas, please include photos and short videos.
- Remove items from inside the appliance and clutter from the work area, leaving space to access the unit, remove and place parts, and set tools down. Whether there is enough space will be assessed on site; there is no need to dismantle the unit yourself.
- Remove bed sheets and mattress covers from the mattress, and arrange proper storage for food in the refrigerator in advance; cleaning requires the related equipment to be taken out of service, and the time required depends on the model and site conditions.
- After upholstery cleaning, keep the area ventilated or use a dehumidifier, and do not use it until it is completely dry. Drying time depends on thickness, humidity and ventilation.
High-mounted units, access hatches and equipment constraints
If the unit is too high, the access panel is too small, the body is heavily rusted, or it cannot operate normally, please tell us in advance when booking and provide photos and measurements so we can assess whether the work can be done.
View on-site assessment arrangement
- The actual workable scope must be confirmed on site; if safe work cannot be carried out, we will not force dismantling, cleaning, or repairs. If additional arrangements or repairs are needed, they will be explained and quoted first, and only carried out after approval.
