DISTRICT SERVICES
Kowloon City, Kowloon Tong, Kai Tak, To Kwa Wan and Hung Hom have properties of different ages and uses. For newly completed residential units, please check the original warranty responsibility before cleaning or repair; for older buildings and detached houses, confirm the equipment access points. Ceiling-mounted units still need to be assessed by model and maintenance clearance. Before cleaning, confirm accessible parts, indoor protection and any shutdown arrangement required; do not decide the procedure based on the air outlet only.
OVERVIEW
Information on residential, detached house and commercial AC services in Kowloon City District. For Kai Tak, Hung Hom, To Kwa Wan and Kowloon Tong, please confirm the unit type, maintenance access location and equipment warranty responsibility first.
CLEANING FIRST
For home AC cleaning in Kowloon City District, the actual equipment will prevail. Window units, split-type units and ceiling-mounted units are confirmed separately for parts and maintenance clearance. For units that have had replacement, renovation or recent move-in, you may first take photos of the existing setup, then arrange cleaning and on-site protection.
Split AC cleaning mainly covers the indoor unit: protect the surrounding area and circuit board, clean the evaporator coil, blower fan blades, dust filter and drain pan, handle and check drainage, then reassemble and test the unit.
For a window-type air conditioner, first assess whether it can be safely removed. Then clean the internal parts that can be handled, the dust filter, heat exchanger and drip tray, and reinstall it in place before checking operation. Customers do not need to dismantle the unit themselves.
Basic indoor cleaning for split-type units does not include the outdoor condenser. Additional drain work, special locations, or add-on items will be confirmed separately under the applicable conditions. We will inspect the unit before cleaning, then reassemble and test it after cleaning. If other issues are found, we will explain them first; repairs are not automatically included as part of cleaning.
Residential window and split-type units use the current price list according to unit type and the number in the same household; for same-day group bookings across households, please enquire separately about group-buy arrangements, and do not directly combine them with the same-household multi-unit discount. The area or property name itself does not create a separate cleaning price.
For equipment in a newly occupied unit or still under the manufacturer's warranty, first check the original warranty and management responsibility. When enquiring, provide the symptoms and model, and do not dismantle it yourself for inspection.
The inspection will first identify dripping, odour, noise, insufficient cooling or tripping issues, then find the cause according to the equipment and site conditions. If the customer does not proceed with repair or does not accept the quotation, a fixed HK$500 inspection/call-out fee will be charged as the same fee item; if repair is carried out, HK$500 can be deducted from the repair cost. Please verify the amount payable when confirming the quotation.
If there is a burning smell, smoke, repeated tripping, or water near electrical parts, please stop using the equipment first and do not keep switching it on or dismantle it yourself.
View inspection fees and repair servicesFor ceiling unit repairs, first confirm the access panel and accessible area. The quotation should specify the actual unit and parts, and should not treat every air outlet as an independent air conditioner.
Repairs are based on the inspection results, with the fault, possible solutions, and quotation explained before work begins. Parts must be checked against the model and availability; lack of cooling alone will not be treated as proof that refrigerant needs topping up. Our repair service does not include warranty, including repair parts and workmanship.
View full AC repair serviceBefore renovation or replacement, confirm whether the ceiling, piping and drainage will be retained, and clearly separate the scopes for dismantling the old unit, reinstatement and installing new equipment.
Before installation or replacement, confirm the old and new model types, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support, pipework, drainage and power supply, and then clearly list dismantling of the old unit, transport, extra work and the quotation. Running a new power line from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation; general installation warranty is one year, while the manufacturer’s warranty is separate.

QUESTIONS
First check the existing maintenance and management arrangement for the equipment, and record the model, fault condition and related information. Whether the original contractor should handle it or a separate inspection is needed must be clarified first.
No guarantee can be made without the relevant test conditions and evidence. The page will explain the cleaning scope and process that can be confirmed, rather than using performance figures in place of the actual content.

Not the same. Cleaning and maintenance of 90 should be checked against the service terms for the applicable reasons and conditions; not every dripping case qualifies for free repair. Our repair parts and workmanship are not under warranty; general installation warranty is one year, while the manufacturer’s warranty is handled separately.
Please provide the estate or building, model, quantity, and photos so customer service can verify the arrangement and quotation.
