Using Shing Fuk Lane 2 as the location reference, please still provide the actual block and flat number. Cleaning dust buildup, pre-existing faulty parts, drain pipe routing and support work are charged separately; any high-level or additional work will be explained and quoted in advance.

Clean the cooling coil, fan blades (squirrel cage), dust filter and drain tray, and clear and inspect the drainage. Water collection and electronic board waterproof protection are prepared before cleaning.
