Drain clearing using a Worx wet vacuum

Use a vacuum machine to deal with drainage issues according to the drain pipe and the level of blockage. AC cleaning service already includes clearing the drain pipe with a high-pressure water jet, so this is not needed every time as an extra item.
The drain pipe service includes 3 months of maintenance; the cause of the leak must be verified and the applicable scope confirmed at the time of booking. This does not mean that all causes of leakage are covered or that it is guaranteed never to leak again for one year.

Does the price list include the outdoor condenser and all additional work?
Basic cleaning for household and commercial air conditioners does not include the outdoor condenser. High-temperature steam, outdoor condenser cleaning, large window units and other extra work are charged separately according to the relevant conditions; the outdoor condenser also requires confirmation of a safe working environment. Any added items will be explained first, including scope and cost, and work will only begin after confirmation.

Can commercial air conditioning cleaning be priced directly using the residential rate list?
No. Commercial air conditioning is charged by model and unit count: 1 four-way cassette split unit HK$1,200, central air conditioning HK$1,500, ducted split unit HK$1,500, and concealed split unit HK$1,050. Air grille cleaning for 1 units is HK$780 per unit, and HK$600 per unit for 2 units or more. For other multi-unit prices, please refer to the commercial price list. Installation location, system structure, and extra work must be confirmed separately, and regular cleaning plans must also be quoted separately.
Is the HK$500 for air conditioning repair the inspection fee or the repair fee?
HK$500 is the same inspection/visit fee, not the fixed total repair cost. It is still charged even if no repair is carried out; if you agree to repair, it can be deducted from the repair fee. Repairs are quoted based on the fault and scope of work, and there is no warranty for repair services.
Why is air conditioner installation priced by project quotation?
The installation fee must be confirmed according to conditions such as pipe length, indoor and outdoor locations, and whether scaffolding is required. This includes basic installation and one year of installation warranty, but does not include running a new power line from the main switch to the unit. The quotation is valid for 30 days; if the scope of work changes, the quotation will be updated first and work will only proceed after approval.
