Which nearby residents are suitable to inquire together
Residents in different blocks of the same estate, nearby estates, or nearby village houses may enquire first by providing their details. 25 units refers to the total number of air conditioners, not 25 households. Eligibility depends on customer service confirming each household's location and same-day visit arrangement.

Cleaning service highlights

High-pressure wash
Deep-clean the condenser fins to remove built-up dirt.
Clear the drain pipe

- Any additional cleaning, repairs or other work will be quoted separately first, and carried out only after the extra fee is confirmed.

What is the lowest group purchase AC cleaning price? What are the conditions?
OPOExpert Air Conditioning offers group cleaning for split-type and window-type air conditioners. For a total of 25 units or more, prices start from HK$350 per unit. Service must be arranged in the same estate / nearby estate and on the same day; large units and add-on services will be quoted separately, and the actual fee must be confirmed by customer service. Not all group bookings are charged at HK$350 per unit.
Does 25 unit refer to the total number of air conditioners, or 25 households?
25 refers to the total number of air conditioners included in the group purchase, not 25 households. When enquiring, please state the number of participating households, the model and number of units for each household, and the location of each household so that the quotation and same-day service arrangement can be confirmed.
Can households in the same estate or nearby estates join together for a group booking?
Residents in the same estate or nearby estates may enquire about group AC cleaning, with service arranged on the same day. Please provide each household's block number and address so customer service can confirm the location and on-site arrangement; not all air conditioners need to be in the same unit.
Can window units and split units enquire about group-buy deals together?
Yes. Group booking applies to split-type and window units. Please list the number of units for each model separately and the total number of units. For a total of 25 units or more, you may enquire about a group booking arrangement from as low as HK$350 per unit; large units and other add-on services are quoted separately.
Can the units from several households be added together and charged at the domestic multi-unit rate directly?
Cross-household group bookings do not directly use the home multi-unit rate. Home multi-unit discounts and group bookings are different quotation arrangements. Please provide each household’s location, model and quantity so customer service can confirm the group booking fee.
We do not have enough of 25 units. How can it be arranged?
The group-buy arrangement at as low as HK$350 per unit applies only when the total reaches 25 units or more. It cannot be applied directly if fewer than 25 units are included. You may first provide the available information and ask customer service for a quote; if only your own home needs cleaning, please refer to the current domestic AC cleaning price list on this website.
After submitting details on WhatsApp, does that mean the booking is confirmed?
No. Submitting details via WhatsApp is an enquiry only and does not mean the booking has been confirmed. Group-buy quotations, service date, and time must be confirmed with customer service and the resident.
