AC cleaning
AC cleaning is our main service. Ceiling cassette units, ducted units and other commercial models are charged according to the current commercial price list; window units and split units are charged at the household rate. High-level work or additional tasks will be quoted separately first.
Protection of office equipment and business items
List computers, documents, goods, or other items that need protection. First confirm the working space under the unit and the protective covering, then arrange the cleaning to avoid moving equipment in a rush while business is ongoing.
Inspection opening and fixed finishes
If fixed signs, ceilings or shelving block the unit, a photo assessment is needed first. Extra dismantling and installation, pipe alterations or high-level work are not included in a standard AC cleaning service.
Plan according to the model and shutdown conditions
Ceiling units, ducted units and standard window/split-type units are checked against the corresponding current price list. Please first confirm the stoppable area and time, then arrange cleaning and testing.

Can Nan Fung Centre give an AC cleaning quote with only the building number?
Floor, shop number or room number, usage and model photos are still required. 264-298 is only a reference street-number range for the building and cannot be used to determine tenant equipment, working height or parts that can be handled.
Are office and shopping mall air conditioners at Nan Fung Centre serviced with the same process?
Confirm by model, inspection location and division of responsibilities, not by the usage name alone. The required protection, shutdown and access arrangements may also differ.
Can cleaning be arranged after closing time or outside office hours?
You may first provide the preferred shutdown periods; the actual date, manpower, management approval and quotation must be confirmed separately. We do not promise 24-hour service or immediate manpower at any time slot.
If the AC at Nan Fung Centre is leaking or not cooling, should it be cleaned first or inspected first?
First explain where and when the symptom appears. Dust buildup, poor drainage and component faults are handled differently; if the cause is unclear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair, and cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical equipment, stop using the relevant equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for Nan Fung Centre calculated?
The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is the same charge, not charged separately twice. If repairs are carried out after the inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Does air conditioning repair include a warranty?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the method of handling, the parts needed and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation; parts availability is checked according to the actual model.
What information is needed for replacement or new AC installation?
Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
