AC cleaning is our main service. Ceiling cassette units, ducted units and other commercial models are charged according to the current commercial price list; window units and split units are charged at the household rate. High-level work or additional tasks will be quoted separately first.

Access and carrying route
Please provide the unit height, inspection port and route for moving equipment; please confirm any lift, loading/unloading or special access requirements with the relevant management in advance, and we do not promise that fixed arrangements already exist.
Keep shutdown and test running separate
Cleaning requires a confirmed shutdown period. After completion, the agreed scope will be tested and drainage checked. Existing problems such as not cooling, abnormal noise or other faults will be inspected and quoted separately.

What information is needed for replacement or new AC installation?
Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
