AC cleaning
AC cleaning is our main service. Ceiling cassette units, ducted units and other commercial models are charged according to the current commercial price list; window units and split units are charged at the household rate. High-level work or additional tasks will be quoted separately first.
Match the unit with the inspection opening first
Photograph the shop’s air outlet, return air outlet, visible unit and access panel so customer service can first confirm the accessible and removable-cleanable parts; providing only the mall name is not enough to identify the equipment.
Protect according to the shop’s operating arrangements
Clothing, goods, cash register equipment and food prep areas all need different protection. First advise any downtime window, items under the unit and working height, then confirm the service and post-completion test-run arrangement.
Residential and shopping mall group orders are not combined
Bulk-purchase terms for Tai Koo Shing residential estate do not apply directly to shop units in the mall. Commercial models, special access, management documents or additional high-level work must be checked first for scope and quotation.

No. This page is for Cityplaza, at 18 Tai Koo Shing Road. Tai Koo Shing residences have different blocks and installation locations; please use the Tai Koo Shing residential page for enquiries, and do not mix up the addresses or equipment scope.
Can shops in Tai Koo Shing Centre arrange AC cleaning for all units directly?
First distinguish between tenant equipment and the mall’s shared system, and confirm which parts you are authorised to arrange, the available stoppage period and management approval. Renting a shop does not mean all units can simply be arranged for dismantling and cleaning.
Can AC in a mall shop be cleaned on a regular basis?
You may enquire about regular service based on model, quantity, business conditions and the confirmed scope of work. Frequency, work dates, management requirements and quotations will be confirmed separately; residential group-buy arrangements or a fixed arrival time are not automatically assumed.
If the AC at Cityplaza is leaking water or not cooling, should I book cleaning first or inspection first?
First explain where and when the symptom appears. Dust buildup, poor drainage and component faults are handled differently; if the cause is unclear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair, and cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical equipment, stop using the relevant equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for Cityplaza calculated?
The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is the same charge, not charged separately twice. If repairs are carried out after the inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Does air conditioning repair include a warranty?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the method of handling, the parts needed and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation; parts availability is checked according to the actual model.
What information is needed for replacement or new AC installation?
Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
