AC cleaning
AC cleaning is our main service. Ceiling cassette units, ducted units and other commercial models are charged according to the current commercial price list; window units and split units are charged at the household rate. High-level work or additional tasks will be quoted separately first.

Please confirm the units, ceiling access panel and downtime together, and protect computers, stock and work equipment first. Please state any existing dripping, weak cooling, or tripped breaker in advance.
Confirm the cleaning scope after location is verified
Use Nathan Road 63 as the location reference, but the actual block and unit still need to be provided. Dust removal/cleaning, pre-existing faulty parts, drain-pipe routing, and mounting/support work are assessed separately; high-level or additional work will be explained and quoted first.

Is there a separate estate or building rate for AC cleaning at iSQUARE?
This is not charged separately by the property name International Plaza. We check against the existing model, number of units and main price list; for commercial models, outdoor units, high-level work or any additional work, the scope and quotation must be confirmed first.
If the AC at iSQUARE is dripping water or not cooling, should I clean it first or inspect it first?
First explain where and when the symptom appears. Dust buildup, poor drainage and component faults are handled differently; if the cause is unclear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair, and cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical equipment, stop using the relevant equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for iSQUARE calculated?
The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is the same charge, not charged separately twice. If repairs are carried out after the inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Does air conditioning repair include a warranty?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the method of handling, the parts needed and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation; parts availability is checked according to the actual model.
What information is needed for replacement or new AC installation?
Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
