AC cleaning
AC cleaning is our main service. Ceiling cassette units, ducted units and other commercial models are charged according to the current commercial price list; window units and split units are charged at the household rate. High-level work or additional tasks will be quoted separately first.
Confirm the shop number and installation location together
Photograph the unit, air outlet, return air outlet and the surrounding area, and state whether it is in a mall shop or an upstairs unit; first confirm which unit can be accessed, and do not assume the same work method applies just because it is on the same floor.
Protect display and work areas first
Shelves, clothing, computers, cash registers or work equipment should be protected according to photos, and access and maintenance space should be kept clear. If fixed fittings or a sealed false ceiling obstruct the unit, please confirm any extra handling first.
Commercial units are priced based on the actual situation
Ceiling units, ducted units and similar systems are charged at the commercial rate; window units and split-type units are charged at the corresponding household model rate. Shared ducts, whole-building systems and high-level works are not automatically included in the unit cleaning fee.

Is AC cleaning for a mall shop the same as for an upstairs office?
Not necessarily. The model, unit location, management responsibilities and shutdown requirements may differ, so the removable-and-cleanable parts and scope of work must be confirmed first from site photos.
Can only this unit be cleaned, without touching the building’s common systems?
First confirm the boundary between this unit's equipment and the shared system, then quote according to the scope we can undertake. Any shared-system operation, power isolation or management approval must first be confirmed by the responsible party.
If the air conditioner at Argyle Centre is leaking or not cooling, should it be cleaned first or inspected first?
First explain where and when the symptom appears. Dust buildup, poor drainage and component faults are handled differently; if the cause is unclear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair, and cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical equipment, stop using the relevant equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for Argyle Centre calculated?
The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is the same charge, not charged separately twice. If repairs are carried out after the inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Does air conditioning repair include a warranty?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the method of handling, the parts needed and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation; parts availability is checked according to the actual model.
What information is needed for replacement or new AC installation?
Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
