Please advise in advance of any existing dripping, poor cooling or tripped breaker.

  • Confirm the cleaning scope after location is verified

    Use Science Museum Road 1 as the location reference, but please still provide the actual block and flat/unit. Dust cleaning, existing part failure, drainage pipe routing, and support works are defined separately; any high-level or additional work will be explained and quoted in advance.

Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.

Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?

The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
