Harbour City is on Canton Road in Tsim Sha Tsui. The air-conditioning responsibility of different zones, tenants, and management in the mall must be confirmed separately. We have provided air-conditioning services at Harbour City before; for shop AC cleaning, please provide the relevant zone, floor, shop number, and allowed shutdown time. We will not assume all units can be arranged for work by the tenant simply based on the mall name.

AC cleaning
AC cleaning is our main service. Ceiling cassette units, ducted units and other commercial models are charged according to the current commercial price list; window units and split units are charged at the household rate. High-level work or additional tasks will be quoted separately first.
First confirm the parts that the tenant can arrange.
First provide photos of the air outlet, return air outlet, unit and access opening, and distinguish between tenant-owned equipment and the building’s shared system. Do not dismantle the ceiling or operate shared valves before permissions are confirmed.
Business protection and shutdown
Before cleaning, explain the location of goods, display items, checkout equipment and food prep areas, and arrange protection and cleaning according to the time the unit can be shut down. Off-hours, access pass or insurance document requirements must be checked in advance.
Completion test run and separately charged work
Inspect airflow and drainage within the confirmed scope. High-level work, special access, ceiling removal or extra pipework should be quoted separately in advance; cleaning does not mean the whole mall system has been repaired.

Can Harbour City AC cleaning be arranged with only the shop name?
Please provide the mall area, floor, shop number, and unit details. Harbour City has multiple sections, so the shop name or Canton Road address alone is not enough to identify the actual work location and access range.
Are Harbour City shop air conditioners always the tenant's responsibility to clean?
Not necessarily. It must be confirmed based on the lease, management arrangements, and actual responsibility for the equipment. Tenant units and shared systems must not be mixed up, and we will not promise to handle all central plant equipment before checking.
Can AC cleaning or regular maintenance be arranged after closing?
You may first enquire about available shutdown periods and required frequency. Actual dates, manpower, management approval, and quotation are to be confirmed separately. Regular service plans are provided according to unit type, quantity, and confirmed scope, and do not promise 24 hours or immediate arrival.
If the AC at Harbour City is leaking water or not cooling, should it be cleaned first or inspected first?
First explain where and when the symptom appears. Dust buildup, poor drainage and component faults are handled differently; if the cause is unclear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair, and cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical equipment, stop using the relevant equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for Harbour City calculated?
The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is the same charge, not charged separately twice. If repairs are carried out after the inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Does air conditioning repair include a warranty?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the method of handling, the parts needed and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation; parts availability is checked according to the actual model.
What information is needed for replacement or new AC installation?
Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
