AC cleaning

AC cleaning is our main service. Ceiling cassette units, ducted units and other commercial models are charged according to the current commercial price list; window units and split units are charged at the household rate. High-level work or additional tasks will be quoted separately first.

  • Arranged according to the unit’s machine positions

    When booking AC cleaning at Pacific Place, please send photos of the unit, model, items below the unit, outdoor unit, and the accessible area. Please also confirm the units, ceiling access panels, and shutdown time, and protect computers, stock, and work equipment first. Please also state any existing dripping, poor cooling, or tripped breaker.

  • Confirm the cleaning scope after location is verified

    Using Queensway 88 as the location reference, please still provide the actual block and flat number. Dust removal, existing part faults, drain pipe routing, and supporting works are billed separately; for high-level or additional work, we will explain and quote first.

Is there a separate estate or building rate for Pacific Place AC cleaning?

There is no separate charge based on the property name, Pacific Place. Please check against the existing unit type, number of units, and the main price list; commercial units, outdoor units, high-level access, or additional work must be clearly scoped and quoted first.

If the AC at Pacific Place is leaking or not cooling, should it be cleaned first or inspected first?

First explain where and when the symptom appears. Dust buildup, poor drainage and component faults are handled differently; if the cause is unclear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair, and cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical equipment, stop using the relevant equipment first.

How is the on-site inspection fee for Pacific Place calculated?

The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is the same charge, not charged separately twice. If repairs are carried out after the inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.

Does air conditioning repair include a warranty?

Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the method of handling, the parts needed and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation; parts availability is checked according to the actual model.

What information is needed for replacement or new AC installation?

Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.

Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?

The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
