Wing Shing Industrial Building is located in Cheung Sha Wan, Sham Shui Po District, Kowloon, and we have provided air conditioning services at Wing Shing Industrial Building. Our main service is AC cleaning: we first separate a unit's own equipment from the building's shared system, then arrange work based on the model, number of units and available shutdown window. If inspection, repair or replacement is needed, we will confirm separately according to the issue and scope of work.
AMain services · AC CLEANING
AC cleaning
AC cleaning is our main service. Ceiling cassette units, ducted units and other commercial models are charged according to the current commercial price list; window units and split units are charged at the household rate. High-level work or additional tasks will be quoted separately first.
Arranged according to the unit’s machine positions
Confirm the unit, ceiling access hatch and shutdown period together, and protect computers, stock and work equipment before cleaning.
CLEANING SCOPE
Scope of AC services for units at Wing Shing Industrial Building
Clean home-use AC units
Window and split units are charged under the domestic price list; ceiling cassettes, ducted units and other commercial models are charged under the commercial price list. Please confirm according to the actual model and number of units.
Shared system to be confirmed separately
First distinguish between the unit’s own equipment and the building’s central or shared system. Shared equipment, the stoppage range and power isolation must first be confirmed by management or the person in charge on site.
Quote for high-level and extra work first
For high-level units, outdoor units or additional dismantling work, the cleaning scope will be checked first. If there is an extra charge, it will be explained and quoted in advance, and arrangements will be made only after confirmation.
Existing faults handled separately
Please first state any existing dripping, weak cooling, or tripping; cleaning cannot replace fault diagnosis. If there is tripping or a burning smell, stop using the unit first.

QUESTIONS
Wing Shing Industrial BuildingAC service FAQs
What information should be provided for an air conditioning service enquiry at Wing Shing Industrial Building?
Please provide the floor, room number, model, quantity and photos of the unit location, and explain the unit usage and the time period when it can be switched off.
Is there a separate building rate for AC cleaning at Wing Shing Industrial Building?
There is no separate charge based on the building name. Please check against the existing unit type, number of units, and the main price list; commercial units, outdoor units, high-level access, or additional work must be clearly scoped and quoted first.
If there is AC dripping or it is not cooling at Wing Shing Industrial Building, should we clean it first or inspect it first?
First explain where and when the symptom appears. Dust buildup, poor drainage and component faults are handled differently; if the cause is unclear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair, and cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical equipment, stop using the relevant equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for Wing Shing Industrial Building calculated?
The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is the same charge, not charged separately twice. If repairs are carried out after the inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Does air conditioning repair include a warranty?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the method of handling, the parts needed and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation; parts availability is checked according to the actual model.
What information is needed for replacement or new AC installation?
Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
