AC cleaning is our main service. Ceiling cassette units, ducted units and other commercial models are charged according to the current commercial price list; window units and split units are charged at the household rate. High-level work or additional tasks will be quoted separately first.

    When booking AC cleaning at Ho Wan Centre, please send photos of the unit, model, items below the unit, outdoor unit, and the accessible area. Please also confirm the units, ceiling access panels, and shutdown time, and protect computers, stock, and work equipment first. Please also state any existing dripping, poor cooling, or tripped breaker.

  • Confirm the cleaning scope after location is verified

    Use Wang Pok Street 1-15 No. as a location reference, but please still provide the actual block and flat number. Dust removal, pre-existing part faults, drain pipe routing and support works are defined separately; high-level or additional work must be stated and quoted in advance.

What information is needed for replacement or new AC installation?

Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.

Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?

The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
