AC cleaning
AC cleaning is our main service. Ceiling cassette units, ducted units and other commercial models are charged according to the current commercial price list; window units and split units are charged at the household rate. High-level work or additional tasks will be quoted separately first.
Clean within the tenant's operable range
Please provide photos of the unit, supply and return air outlets and inspection access points, so that self-use equipment and shared parts can be distinguished; before responsibility is confirmed, do not operate shared ducts, valves or control equipment.
Protect display and dining work areas first
For shops, please take photos of items under the unit, and cashier or dining equipment; for offices, please note the locations of computers and documents. Protection and working space will be arranged according to the use.
Confirm business hours and access first
List the periods when the system can be shut down, the on-site contact person, and any known filing requirements; if extra documents, special access, or high-level work are needed, confirm first and do not assume all coordination is included.

Can the same address be used for both the Metroplaza mall and office enquiries?
Hing Fong Road223 is the property location, but the shopping arcade or office block must be identified separately. Shops should list the floor and shop number; offices should list the block and room number so the work location and equipment responsibility can be confirmed.
Can the central air conditioning at Metroplaza be booked for cleaning directly?
First confirm whether it is a tenant-arranged unit or a shared system, and provide the maintenance access point and applicable management requirements. Do not promise to handle the whole building or entire site based only on the term central air conditioning.
Can you provide regular maintenance plans for stores at Metro Plaza?
You may enquire about the current frequency plan based on model, quantity, usage and whether shutdown arrangements are possible. The actual scope and fee will be confirmed separately; the mall name is not a substitute for the equipment list.
If Metroplaza AC is dripping water or not cooling, should cleaning or inspection come first?
First explain where and when the symptom appears. Dust buildup, poor drainage and component faults are handled differently; if the cause is unclear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair, and cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical equipment, stop using the relevant equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for Metroplaza calculated?
The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is the same charge, not charged separately twice. If repairs are carried out after the inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Does air conditioning repair include a warranty?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the method of handling, the parts needed and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation; parts availability is checked according to the actual model.
What information is needed for replacement or new AC installation?
Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
