AC cleaning

AC cleaning is our main service. Ceiling cassette units, ducted units and other commercial models are charged according to the current commercial price list; window units and split units are charged at the household rate. High-level work or additional tasks will be quoted separately first.

  • Arranged according to the unit’s machine positions

    When arranging AC cleaning at Wah Chuang Centre, please send photos of the unit, model, items beneath it, the outdoor unit, and the accessible area. Please also confirm the unit, ceiling access hatch, and shutdown period in advance, and protect computers, goods, and work equipment first. Please advise us in advance of any existing dripping, no cooling, or tripped breaker.

  • Confirm the cleaning scope after location is verified

    Using Cheung Sha Wan Road 889 as the location reference, please still provide the actual block and flat number. Dust removal, existing part faults, drain pipe routing, and supporting works are billed separately; for high-level or additional work, we will explain and quote first.

How is the site visit fee calculated for CRE Centre?

The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is the same charge, not charged separately twice. If repairs are carried out after the inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.

Does air conditioning repair include a warranty?

Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the method of handling, the parts needed and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation; parts availability is checked according to the actual model.

What information is needed for replacement or new AC installation?

Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.

Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?

The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
