Separate quotations for window and split units
Photograph the full unit and the model label on the unit; for split-type units, also provide the outdoor location. For window units, explain the sill, fixing condition and moving route; do not decide the cleaning method based on horsepower alone.
Additional functions are handled according to model
If the unit label shows nanoe or other air-treatment functions, please provide the exact model. Not all related modules can be washed with water, and the cleaning method must be confirmed according to the parts and the manufacturer's instructions.
Odour and water leakage cannot be judged by function alone
Even if the equipment has air treatment functions, odour or water dripping still needs the time, location and usage conditions to be explained. You cannot assume that simply turning on a certain mode will solve the problem.
Charges are based on the model; no separate brand pricing.
Household and commercial air conditioning use the relevant current price lists, with additional confirmation based on quantity, unit location and extra work; brand pages do not set unconfirmed prices or maintenance commitments.

Panasonic AC cleaning starts by separating window units and split units, then cleaning the filter, fan wheel, cooling coil and drainage area according to the model. For models with nanoe or other air treatment functions, first confirm whether the module can be removed for cleaning. Do not soak functional modules in water, and do not treat the function itself as a full cleaning.
Inspect first, then clean, and finally test the unit
- First record the condition of the unit, confirm the installation location, removable parts and scope of work, and protect furniture, goods and electronic devices under the unit
- Dismantle and clean the applicable parts according to the actual model and safety conditions, handle dirt build-up, water collection and drainage, and do not treat repairs as included in washing the unit
- After reassembling the parts, test run, check drainage and tidy the site; if there is any pre-existing fault or extra work, it will be explained and quoted first

The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty for problems caused by the cleaning service; dripping and leakage cases must first have the cause verified and the applicable terms confirmed at booking, and not all cases qualify for free repair.

Please state whether the odour, weak airflow, dripping or insufficient cooling appears in which mode, and provide the exact model and operation screen. Air treatment functions are different from cooling and drainage, so the problem must be inspected first; changing the mode does not guarantee a solution.
Inspection fee and safety reminder
After the technician visits for an inspection, if the customer does not proceed with the repair or does not accept the repair quotation, a fixed HK$500 inspection/attendance fee will be charged; this is a single charge and is not split into two separate charges.
If you notice a burning smell, smoke, repeated tripping, or water near electrical parts, stop using the equipment first. Do not keep restarting it or dismantle it yourself.

Panasonic repairs are based on the actual fault and required parts by model; window units and split units are not quoted the same way. Functional modules, motors, controls and drainage issues must be identified separately, and cleaning and parts repairs are listed separately for customer confirmation.

If you agree to proceed with repairs, HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; please check the deduction and amount payable when confirming the quotation.
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including repair parts and workmanship. Please understand the repair scope and fees before accepting the quotation.
Repair parts must be checked against model and supply. We do not guarantee that parts are available for all models or that same-day repair is possible. We will not treat refrigerant top-up as necessary before the cause is confirmed.

When replacing a Panasonic unit, first check the window size and fixing method, or for a split unit, the indoor and outdoor locations, fittings and piping route. The same brand or same horsepower does not guarantee that the old bracket, copper piping or power supply can be reused directly; this must be assessed on site.
Quote separately for work beyond the basic scope
Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included; please provide the existing power supply location for the technician to assess and quote separately.
First confirm old unit removal, transport, copper pipes (the copper tubes through which the refrigerant flows), drain pipes, fixing and any extra work needed. General installation warranty and the manufacturer's product warranty are separate. If it has an air treatment function, does that mean AC cleaning is unnecessary?
Do not replace actual maintenance with the function name. The dust filter that can be cleaned by the user still needs to be handled according to the model instructions, and professional cleaning or inspection should be assessed based on dust buildup, drainage and operating condition.

Please provide a photo of the model label, the sticker showing the brand, model and unit serial number, a photo of the entire air conditioner, the quantity, indoor and outdoor locations, and the district. If you cannot find the label, you may first send a photo of the entire unit; no need to dismantle it yourself. If there is water dripping, insufficient cooling, unusual noise or a fault code, please state that as well.

Our repair service does not include a warranty, including repair parts and workmanship. Please understand the repair scope and fees before accepting the quotation. We provide a one-year installation warranty, covering brackets and leaks caused by glass sealing or sealant. For split units, it also covers refrigerant leakage caused by poor refrigerant-pipe connection; not all water leaks or refrigerant leaks are covered by installation warranty.
