Mitsubishi Heavy Industries AC cleaning,Repair, Installation and Inspection
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries ACs have a separate service entry and are identified separately from Mitsubishi Electric. Cleaning arrangements are based on the actual indoor unit type, equipment model and maintenance space.
OVERVIEW
Overview
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries AC cleaning, fault inspection, repair and installation arrangements. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries AC cleaning is arranged according to the Heavy Industries label and the actual indoor unit type, and does not use Mitsubishi Electric model information. Check the applicable cleaning process, current price list, inspection fee, and the scope between repair and installation.
KEY CHECKS
Key preparation points before arranging
Identify the Heavy Industries label
The unit body model label and the manual should match the actual equipment. Writing only "Mitsubishi air conditioner" is not enough to verify fault information or parts; please send a complete label photo first.
First photograph the ceiling access opening for maintenance
If the air conditioner is installed in the ceiling, please take photos of the panel, the access panel (the opening for the technician to inspect and repair), and nearby obstructions; the drain pan type and the space available for dismantling are not necessarily the same just because the brand is the same.
Distinguish how multiple units relate to one another.
If multiple rooms are connected to the same system, please provide photos of the remote control or wall controller and explain which units are connected together, so the cleaning scope, shutdown scope, and system inspection needs can be confirmed.
Charges are based on the model; no separate brand pricing.
Household and commercial air conditioning use the relevant current price lists, with additional confirmation based on quantity, unit location and extra work; brand pages do not set unconfirmed prices or maintenance commitments.
Confirm services other than cleaning first
Repairs are first inspected to confirm the cause and quotation; installation is assessed based on the new or old unit, piping, drainage, and power supply scope. Factory authorization, specific parts, and capability for all models are not implied by this page.
CLEANING FIRST
AC Cleaning Scope and Work Arrangement
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries AC cleaning is arranged according to the Heavy Industries label and the actual indoor unit type, and does not use Mitsubishi Electric model information. For concealed ceiling units, first check the panel, service opening and accessibility of the drain pan, then confirm which parts can be removed for cleaning and the shutdown scope.
Inspect first, then clean, and finally test the unit
- First record the condition of the unit, confirm the installation location, removable parts and scope of work, and protect furniture, goods and electronic devices under the unit
- Dismantle and clean the applicable parts according to the actual model and safety conditions, handle dirt build-up, water collection and drainage, and do not treat repairs as included in washing the unit
- After reassembling the parts, test run, check drainage and tidy the site; if there is any pre-existing fault or extra work, it will be explained and quoted first

ViewCommercialAC cleaning price listCleaning maintenance and pricing90-day cleaning maintenance is subject to the terms; pricing is based on model type and number of units
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty for problems caused by the cleaning service; dripping and leakage cases must first have the cause verified and the applicable terms confirmed at booking, and not all cases qualify for free repair.
The following are for reference by equipment type only, and do not mean the same brand or venue must use all of the above models. Basic cleaning is priced by model and unit count; outdoor condensers, steam add-ons, special locations and extra work are subject to eligibility checks, and no brand-specific or industry-standard price is created.

FAULT INSPECTIONAir Conditioner Inspection: Identify the Problem FirstIf no repair is carried out, a fixed HK$500 inspection/attendance fee applies; it can be waived from the repair fee if you proceed with the repair.
Please provide the actual model and a photo of the remote control or wall controller screen, and explain whether multiple indoor units are linked. Please distinguish between a fault in a single room and the whole system, and do not directly apply a Mitsubishi error code to another unit.
Inspection fee and safety reminder
After the technician visits for an inspection, if the customer does not proceed with the repair or does not accept the repair quotation, a fixed HK$500 inspection/attendance fee will be charged; this is a single charge and is not split into two separate charges.
If you notice a burning smell, smoke, repeated tripping, or water near electrical parts, stop using the equipment first. Do not keep restarting it or dismantle it yourself.
REPAIRAir conditioning repair: confirm the quotation first, then proceedProceed only after the quotation is confirmed; our repair service does not include warranty
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries repair requires confirmation of the applicable model and parts for this brand, and after inspection we will explain the repaired items and fees. For multi-unit shared systems, first confirm the affected scope; control and system work is not included as single indoor unit repair.
Keep costs and maintenance separate
If you agree to proceed with repairs, HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; please check the deduction and amount payable when confirming the quotation.
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including repair parts and workmanship. Please understand the repair scope and fees before accepting the quotation.
Repair parts must be checked against model and supply. We do not guarantee that parts are available for all models or that same-day repair is possible. We will not treat refrigerant top-up as necessary before the cause is confirmed.
INSTALLATIONAC installation and replacementGeneral installation includes a one-year warranty, separate from the manufacturer's warranty; new power supply wiring and extra works quoted separately
For replacement, confirm the indoor/outdoor equipment compatibility, equipment type, control wiring and pipe routing. Do not assume that because both old and new units are called Mitsubishi they can be connected; ceiling space, maintenance openings and renovation alterations must be confirmed before quoting.
Quote separately for work beyond the basic scope
Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included; please provide the existing power supply location for the technician to assess and quote separately.
First confirm old unit removal, transport, copper pipes (the copper tubes through which the refrigerant flows), drain pipes, fixing and any extra work needed. General installation warranty and the manufacturer's product warranty are separate. Please see the installation service page for the full scope; special systems are not directly subject to general replacement terms.

QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
Can Mitsubishi Electric fault code charts be used for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries units?
The two should not be mixed up. The brand and model must be confirmed first, and the fault code must also be checked together with the display on the remote control or wall controller, the abnormal condition and the applicable instructions.
Enquire about ThreeWhat should be provided for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries AC cleaning?
Please provide a photo of the model label, the sticker showing the brand, model and unit serial number, a photo of the entire air conditioner, the quantity, indoor and outdoor locations, and the district. If you cannot find the label, you may first send a photo of the entire unit; no need to dismantle it yourself. If there is water dripping, insufficient cooling, unusual noise or a fault code, please state that as well.
Is this page an official repair centre for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries?
This is not a statement from the original manufacturer or an authorised repair centre. This page provides service enquiry information for OPOExpert Air Conditioning. For original warranty, specified parts or specialised systems, please first confirm the applicable scope.
Are the inspection fee and the call-out fee charged twice?
After the technician visits for an inspection, if the customer does not proceed with the repair or does not accept the repair quotation, a fixed HK$500 inspection/attendance fee will be charged; this is a single charge and is not split into two separate charges. If repair is approved, HK$500 can be deducted from the repair cost; please confirm the deduction and the amount payable when confirming the quotation. Inspection does not include cleaning, parts or repair, and related work will only be arranged after the quotation is confirmed.
Is the warranty the same for repairs and installations?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including repair parts and workmanship. Please understand the repair scope and fees before accepting the quotation. We provide a one-year installation warranty, covering brackets and leaks caused by glass sealing or sealant. For split units, it also covers refrigerant leakage caused by poor refrigerant-pipe connection; not all water leaks or refrigerant leaks are covered by installation warranty. The two services must not be mixed up; for the full scope and exclusions, please see the repair and installation service pages, and special systems must be confirmed separately.
