What is the difference between foam spray and pressure-wash cleaning?
It depends on the product's purpose, the actual cleaning scope, how the dirt is removed, and how the parts are protected; you cannot determine the full effect by the tool name alone. Cleaning products that the original manufacturer does not recommend for self-use should not be used simply by copying professional procedures.
Will pressure-washing guarantee that it will not drip again?
