The same domestic AC cleaning charges apply to window and split units, calculated by the number of units cleaned, not by estate-specific pricing. Extra cleaning or repairs will be quoted separately first and carried out only after confirmation. Basic indoor unit cleaning does not include the outdoor condenser. If you want both cleaned, please provide the outdoor unit location and photos so customer service can confirm the arrangement and any extra charge.

Not necessarily. Dust buildup, poor drainage or equipment faults may all affect AC operation, and cleaning is not the same as repair. Please first describe the symptoms and provide photos of the unit and location. Customer service will confirm the cleaning or inspection arrangement based on the situation. If repair is required, we will first explain the issue and cost, and only proceed after confirmation.

Group bookings for the same or nearby estates, with same-day service, may be arranged upon enquiry; cross-household group deals require a separate quotation and cannot directly use the multi-unit cleaning rate of a single household. Details and conditions are subject to the group AC cleaning page.

Possibly. The model, quantity, installation position, and accessible space in each home may differ, so the cleaning arrangement will be confirmed based on photos of your unit and the actual situation.

If the management office has requirements for worker registration, work hours or access, please inform customer service when making the enquiry so the arrangement can be confirmed according to the actual requirements. Different towers and different types of work may involve different arrangements.

First explain whether the dripping comes from the indoor unit, drain, or another location, and when it appears. Dust buildup and poor drainage are handled differently from component faults; if the cause is unclear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair, and do not assume cleaning alone will solve it. If water is near electrical equipment, stop using the relevant equipment first.

If the customer does not proceed with repair or does not accept the quotation, a fixed HK$500 inspection/attendance fee applies as the same charge. If repair is carried out, HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; please verify the deduction and amount payable when confirming the quotation.

Based on the inspection results, explain the fault, the possible solutions, the required parts and the quotation. Work will only start after confirmation. Parts are checked against the actual model, and same-estate cases do not imply the same fault. Our repair service does not include warranty, including parts and workmanship.

Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year; the manufacturer's warranty for the unit is handled separately. Management office requirements are subject to actual confirmation.

The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable reasons and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning service. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
