How to compare AC cleaning quotations? Items, extra work and warranty coverage

When comparing AC cleaning quotes, first ask clearly about the model, cleaning scope, whether the equipment can be reached safely, and whether remote locations or special work require a separate quote. Old online articles mentioning market prices do not equal OPOExpert Air Conditioning's current charges; the latest price list on the website and the individual quotation shall prevail.
Transparent and fair pricing first
Confirm with the service provider what parts are included in the quotation, whether dismantling, transport, ladders, remote locations or special access are involved, and which items must be assessed before quoting. Restrictions vary by property and model; inspection fees and arrangements for stairs or false-ceiling work must be confirmed item by item, and other companies' price lists cannot be applied. Any extra work must have its scope and price explained in advance, and only be arranged after approval.
If the air conditioner is dripping, not cooling, or tripping the breaker, state the symptoms first when making an enquiry, so cleaning can be distinguished from fault inspection/repair. If there is a problem after cleaning, how is warranty handled?
Our published cleaning warranty is 90 days. Issues arising from the cleaning service should be handled according to the actual cause and the terms confirmed at booking. Any dripping or other faults that existed before cleaning should be reported to customer service first; cleaning does not replace repair, and we cannot promise that all dripping or poor cooling after cleaning will be fixed free of charge. If damage caused by our staff is confirmed during the cleaning process, the company will bear the cost.
Besides price, also compare the scope of work, safety arrangements, post-cleaning follow-up, and whether any additional work will be carried out only after prior consent. Items such as disinfection, mould removal or parts handling must be checked against the actual service scope, and should not be assumed from the equipment name alone.
