Many air conditioners at home, or a neighbours' group booking: what is the difference between the two enquiries?

Contents

If you are cleaning several air conditioners in your own home, or enquiring together with neighbours, the quotation may not be exactly the same. First, confirm the number of units in each household, the location and the available service date, then check against the current price list or group-booking arrangement to avoid misunderstandings.

For multiple units in the same household, first check against the current domestic price list

Please provide the number, type and installation location of the split-type and window-type units, then check the quantities and applicable scope listed in the home price table. Different sizes, extra work and site conditions must be confirmed separately, rather than simply multiplying each unit's basic price.

Multi-unit discounts must be arranged for service on the same day in the same estate or nearby estates. The actual combination and date must be coordinated in advance; units in different locations or on different days cannot be added together on your own before confirmation.

Cross-household group bookings are quoted separately and do not directly use the home multi-unit rate

When several households arrange together, sort out each household’s number of units, model and location first, then confirm whether they are in the same or nearby estates and whether service is on the same day. Group bookings across households have separate quotation arrangements, and the multi-unit home rate is not applied directly to all households.

Do not stack household, group-buy, and other discounts on your own, and do not promise neighbours any unconfirmed unit price in advance. Whether a group buy goes ahead, the model, and how extra services are charged will be based on the company-confirmed scope and quotation.

On-site conditions for each household still need to be confirmed

Installation height, furniture obstruction, unit condition and drainage positions may differ within the same estate, so if one household can have work done, it does not mean every other unit can be handled the same way. Please provide a safe full view and any known issues for each unit.

Some units require repairs, outdoor work, or other items and should not be treated as a normal cleaning job just to combine quantities. Additional work, unsafe working conditions, and rescheduling are handled according to the pre-confirmed terms, and group purchases are not treated as exceptions.

  • For each household: model, number of units, and installation location
  • The estate and dates available for same-day service
  • Known dripping, faults or height restrictions
  • Contact details for each flat and items that need separate confirmation

Coordinate information while respecting each household's confirmation and privacy

The coordinator may first organise the model and number of units, but the address, photos and contact details should only be provided with residents’ consent and should not be shared in unnecessary groups. Each household should still know the scope of service and fees it is accepting.

Enquire about Nodoes not mean every unit has already confirmed a booking. Keep the date, item and terms confirmed by the company, then arrange access and payment; if there are changes by residents, enquire first and do not assume other units will keep the same price.

Common questions

For different households' unit counts, can the domestic multi-unit prices be added up directly?

It cannot be applied directly. Cross-flat group purchases require a separate quotation. Please provide the number of units, model, location, and same-day arrangement for each flat, and the confirmed scope will be used.

If the same estate has multiple units but cleaning is done on different days, does that still count as a multi-unit offer?

No guarantee can be made in general. Multi-unit offers require the same or a nearby estate and service on the same day; the date and cross-unit arrangements must be confirmed with the company first.

Original manufacturer functions and operation apply only to the corresponding model; please refer to your own unit's manual.
