AC cleaning is our main service. Split units and window units use the same household price list, charged by the number of units cleaned; additional items will be quoted separately first.

When arranging AC cleaning at Star Court, please take photos of the unit, model, items beneath it, outdoor unit, and accessible area. For window units, first assess whether it can be safely removed. For split units, distinguish between indoor cleaning and outdoor unit work. Do not lean out or remove the support yourself. Please advise of any existing water leakage, poor cooling, or tripping.
Confirm the cleaning scope after location is verified
Using Tung Chau Street 500 as the location reference, please still provide the actual block and flat number. Dust removal, existing part faults, drain pipe routing, and supporting works are billed separately; for high-level or additional work, we will explain and quote first.

Split-type indoor unit cleaning
Clean the cooling coil, fan blades (squirrel cage), dust filter and drain tray, and clear and inspect the drainage. Water collection and electronic board waterproof protection are prepared before cleaning.
Window unit cleaning
Clean the dust filter according to the model, installation location and accessible area, and inspect dust build-up. The customer does not need to dismantle the unit themselves.

Basic scope and separate quotations
Basic indoor cleaning for split-type units does not include the outdoor condenser. If additional cleaning, repairs, or parts replacement are needed, we will first confirm feasibility and provide a quote, and proceed only after the customer’s confirmation.

Does The Sparkle AC cleaning have a separate estate or building rate?
This is not charged separately based on the property name, Sing Wui Residence. The existing unit type, number of units and main price list will be checked; for commercial units, outdoor units, high-level work or additional work, the scope and quote must be confirmed first.
If the AC at The Sparkle is leaking water or not cooling, should I clean it first or inspect it first?
First explain where and when the symptom appears. Dust buildup, poor drainage and component faults are handled differently; if the cause is unclear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair, and cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical equipment, stop using the relevant equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for The Sparkle calculated?
The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is the same charge, not charged separately twice. If repairs are carried out after the inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Does air conditioning repair include a warranty?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the method of handling, the parts needed and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation; parts availability is checked according to the actual model.
What installation items need to be checked for AC replacement at The Sparkle?
Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
