When arranging AC cleaning at The Arch, please send photos of the unit, model number, items underneath, outdoor unit, and accessible areas. For window units, first assess whether they can be safely removed; for split units, distinguish indoor cleaning from outdoor unit work. Do not lean out or remove supports yourself. Please state any existing dripping, poor cooling, or tripped breaker in advance.
Confirm the cleaning scope after location is verified
Use Austin Road West 1 No. as a location reference, but please still provide the actual block and flat number. Dust removal, pre-existing part faults, drain pipe routing and support works are defined separately; high-level or additional work must be stated and quoted in advance.

Split-type indoor unit cleaning
Clean the cooling coil, fan blades (squirrel cage), dust filter and drain tray, and clear and inspect the drainage. Water collection and electronic board waterproof protection are prepared before cleaning.
Window unit cleaning
Clean the dust filter according to the model, installation location and accessible area, and inspect dust build-up. The customer does not need to dismantle the unit themselves.

Basic scope and separate quotations
Basic indoor cleaning for split-type units does not include the outdoor condenser. If additional cleaning, repairs, or parts replacement are needed, we will first confirm feasibility and provide a quote, and proceed only after the customer’s confirmation.

No separate charge is applied based on the property name The Arch. Charges are checked against the existing unit type, number of units, and main price list; for commercial units, outdoor units, high-level work, or additional work, the scope and quotation must be confirmed first.
For AC water dripping or poor cooling at The Arch, should cleaning or inspection come first?
First explain where and when the symptom appears. Dust buildup, poor drainage and component faults are handled differently; if the cause is unclear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair, and cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical equipment, stop using the relevant equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for The Arch calculated?
The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is the same charge, not charged separately twice. If repairs are carried out after the inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Does air conditioning repair include a warranty?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the method of handling, the parts needed and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation; parts availability is checked according to the actual model.
What installation items need to be checked when replacing an AC at The Arch?
Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
