Record the window edge and unit frame before dismantling
Photograph the junction between the unit and the window frame, the available moving space, and nearby clutter. The removal method will be assessed on site; please explain any existing rust, looseness, or water seepage first.
Quote cleaning and faults separately
If there is poor cooling, unusual noise, or a tripped breaker at the same time, explain the symptoms first so customer service can distinguish between cleaning and inspection needs; cleaning does not mean all parts or electrical problems have been ruled out.

Clean the cooling coil, fan blades (squirrel cage), dust filter and drain tray, and clear and inspect the drainage. Water collection and electronic board waterproof protection are prepared before cleaning.
Window unit cleaning
Clean the dust filter according to the model, installation location and accessible area, and inspect dust build-up. The customer does not need to dismantle the unit themselves.

Basic scope and separate quotations

What installation items should be checked for AC replacement at Sha Kok Estate?
Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
