Residential AC cleaning
AC cleaning is our main service. Split units and window units use the same household price list, charged by the number of units cleaned; additional items will be quoted separately first.
Assess the unit location after confirming the phase
Please take photos of the unit, window frame and outdoor unit for your own Phase 1 or Phase 2 flat first, so we can confirm access and the cleaning position; we will not assume the same model is used across both phases in the same estate.
Separate cleaning from pre-existing faults
Before cleaning, record the air outlet, drainage and any pre-existing issues. If dripping, piping, not cold or parts are related, they must be checked and quoted separately; if replacing the unit, the support, piping and power supply must also be confirmed.

Block number is not the total
Please provide the actual block number of the building; do not infer the total number of blocks in the whole estate from the highest block number. The unit’s model, installation and maintenance history still depend on the resident’s existing information.
The place name Tai Wo does not replace the estate address
Serenity Park is near Tai Wo and is administratively in Tai Po District. On-site arrangements are still confirmed by Serenity Park phase and block; the nearby MTR station is not treated as the work address.

Serenity ParkAC cleaning service details
Split-type indoor unit cleaning
Clean the cooling coil, fan blades (squirrel cage), dust filter and drain tray, and clear and inspect the drainage. Water collection and electronic board waterproof protection are prepared before cleaning.
Window unit cleaning
Clean the dust filter according to the model, installation location and accessible area, and inspect dust build-up. The customer does not need to dismantle the unit themselves.

Basic scope and separate quotations
Basic indoor cleaning for split-type units does not include the outdoor condenser. If additional cleaning, repairs, or parts replacement are needed, we will first confirm feasibility and provide a quote, and proceed only after the customer’s confirmation.

Can the two phases of Serenity Park use the same address for enquiries?
Please write them separately. Phase 1 is 18 Tai Po Tau Road, and Phase 2 is 1 Tai Po Tau Path. Please provide the phase, block, floor, and unit together to avoid confusion about the entrance.
Is there a fixed special cleaning rate for Serenity Park?
There is no separate estate-specific rate. Charges are based on the existing model, number of units and the current domestic cleaning price list; for high-level locations, special access or additional work, a quote will be provided first.
If the AC at Serenity Park is leaking water or not cooling, should cleaning or inspection come first?
First explain where and when the symptom appears. Dust buildup, poor drainage and component faults are handled differently; if the cause is unclear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair, and cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical equipment, stop using the relevant equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for Serenity Park calculated?
The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is the same charge, not charged separately twice. If repairs are carried out after the inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Does air conditioning repair include a warranty?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the method of handling, the parts needed and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation; parts availability is checked according to the actual model.
What installation items need to be confirmed for AC replacement at Serenity Park?
Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
