Please provide the indoor and outdoor unit locations for the split unit, and first confirm the parts that can be safely reached. Asking only about indoor unit cleaning does not automatically include dismantling and cleaning the outdoor condenser at an exterior-wall location.
Furniture protection and drain test run
Before cleaning, arrange protection and dismantling/cleaning according to the actual space beneath the indoor unit, such as beds, sofas or fixed cabinets. After completion, check the air outlet and drainage again; any pre-existing leakage or part fault will be explained separately.

What installation items should be checked when replacing the AC at Laguna City?
Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
