Residential AC cleaning
AC cleaning is our main service. Split units and window units use the same household price list, charged by the number of units cleaned; additional items will be quoted separately first.

The name includes "village", but it is not a village house
Housing Society projects, classified by phase
Phase 1 includes both rental and sale units, Phase 2 is for sale, and Phase 3 is for rental; not all phases are to be referred to as Home Ownership Scheme or private estates.
Three phases, address confirmed separately
Healthy Street / Tse Chui Street, King's Road and Pak Fuk Road belong to different phases. When enquiring, stating the phase and block will help us arrange service more easily than simply writing "Healthy Village".
Confirm responsibility for rented units first
If it is a rented unit, please confirm first under the tenancy agreement who is responsible for arranging air conditioner cleaning and repairs. Previous service does not mean Hong Kong Housing Society designation or approval, and equipment ownership and management requirements must still be confirmed according to the actual situation.

Healthy VillageAC cleaning service details
Split-type indoor unit cleaning
Clean the cooling coil, fan blades (squirrel cage), dust filter and drain tray, and clear and inspect the drainage. Water collection and electronic board waterproof protection are prepared before cleaning.
Window unit cleaning
Clean the dust filter according to the model, installation location and accessible area, and inspect dust build-up. The customer does not need to dismantle the unit themselves.

Basic scope and separate quotations
Basic indoor cleaning for split-type units does not include the outdoor condenser. If additional cleaning, repairs, or parts replacement are needed, we will first confirm feasibility and provide a quote, and proceed only after the customer’s confirmation.

How is AC cleaning charged for a unit at Healthy Village?
The same domestic AC cleaning charges apply to window and split units, calculated by the number of units cleaned; no estate-specific rate applies to rented or sold units. Extra cleaning or repairs will be quoted separately first and carried out only after confirmation.
Is Healthy Village a village house?
No. Healthy Village is in North Point, Hong Kong Island, and is a Housing Society residential project divided into rental and sale portions by phase. The word "Village" in the name does not mean a New Territories village house.
If you rent a unit in Healthy Village, can you arrange AC cleaning yourself?
Depending on who owns the air conditioner and the tenancy arrangement, please confirm first whether you may arrange cleaning or repair yourself. Having previously provided air conditioning services does not mean we are designated or endorsed by the Housing Society; management requirements and equipment ownership must still be confirmed based on the actual situation.
For different phases, is the cleaning arrangement different?
Possibly. The model and location in each phase, building block, and unit may differ, so cleaning arrangements will be confirmed based on photos of your unit and the actual situation.
If the AC at Healthy Village is dripping water or not cooling, should it be cleaned first or inspected first?
First explain where and when the symptom appears. Dust buildup, poor drainage and component faults are handled differently; if the cause is unclear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair, and cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical equipment, stop using the relevant equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for Healthy Village calculated?
The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is the same charge, not charged separately twice. If repairs are carried out after the inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Does air conditioning repair include a warranty?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the method of handling, the parts needed and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation; parts availability is checked according to the actual model.
What installation items need to be checked when replacing an AC at Healthy Village?
Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
Does sending a WhatsApp enquiry count as a booking already?
An enquiry does not mean the booking is confirmed; the service date and time must be confirmed by customer service with you.
