AMain services · HOME AC CLEANING
Residential AC cleaning
AC cleaning is our main service. Split units and window units use the same household price list, charged by the number of units cleaned; additional items will be quoted separately first.
First check each indoor and outdoor unit
When arranging AC cleaning at Yat Fung, please send photos of the unit, model, items below the unit, outdoor unit, and accessible area. For window units, first assess whether they can be safely removed; for split units, clearly separate indoor cleaning from outdoor-unit work, and do not lean out or remove supports yourself. Please mention any existing dripping, no-cooling, or tripping of the circuit breaker first.
Confirm the cleaning scope after location is verified
Using Ma Sik Road 1 as the location reference, the actual block and flat still need to be provided. Dust cleaning, existing part faults, drainpipe routing and support works are defined separately; high-level or additional work will be explained and quoted in advance.

QUESTIONS
GREEN CODEAC service FAQs
What address should I provide for AC service enquiries at GREEN CODE?
GREEN CODE is near 1 Ma Sik Road. Different phases, blocks, or units may use different entrances. On-site service still requires the actual street number, block and unit. Please provide the full street number, phase, block, floor and unit for GREEN CODE, together with the model, number of units and photos of the AC locations.
Is there a separate estate or building rate for AC cleaning at GREEN CODE?
This is not charged at a separate rate by the property name Yat Fung. We check against the existing model, number of units and our main price list; for commercial units, outdoor units, high-level work or additional work, scope and quotation must be confirmed first.
If GREEN CODE has AC water dripping or the unit is not cooling, should I clean it first or inspect it first?
First explain where and when the symptom appears. Dust buildup, poor drainage and component faults are handled differently; if the cause is unclear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair, and cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical equipment, stop using the relevant equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for GREEN CODE calculated?
The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is the same charge, not charged separately twice. If repairs are carried out after the inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Does air conditioning repair include a warranty?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the method of handling, the parts needed and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation; parts availability is checked according to the actual model.
What installation items should be checked when replacing the air conditioner at GREEN CODE?
Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
