AC cleaning is our main service. Split units and window units use the same household price list, charged by the number of units cleaned; additional items will be quoted separately first.

One estate, two names
“Tai Wai Mansion” and “Mansion” refer to the same estate, not two different places. Mansion is a private residential estate, not a village house.
Three phases do not mean three identical sets of equipment
The estate has three phases, and the air conditioning setup differs by phase and block; please use the model type and location of your own unit as the basis.
Group purchase available in the same estate

Split-type indoor unit cleaning
Clean the cooling coil, fan blades (squirrel cage), dust filter and drain tray, and clear and inspect the drainage. Water collection and electronic board waterproof protection are prepared before cleaning.
Window unit cleaning
Clean the dust filter according to the model, installation location and accessible area, and inspect dust build-up. The customer does not need to dismantle the unit themselves.

Basic scope and separate quotations
Basic indoor cleaning for split-type units does not include the outdoor condenser. If additional cleaning, repairs, or parts replacement are needed, we will first confirm feasibility and provide a quote, and proceed only after the customer’s confirmation.

How is AC cleaning charged for a unit in Festival City?
The same domestic AC cleaning charges apply to window and split units, calculated by the number of units cleaned, not by estate-specific pricing. Extra cleaning or repairs will be quoted separately first and carried out only after confirmation.
Are Tai Wai City One and City One the same estate?
Yes. Both names refer to Festival City at 1 Tai Wai Mei Tin Road, a private housing estate, not a village house.
Are there differences in cleaning arrangements for the different phases of Festival City?
Possibly. The model, quantity, installation position, and accessible space in each home may differ, so cleaning arrangements will be confirmed based on photos of your unit and the actual situation.
Does the management office have any special requirements?
If the management office has requirements for worker registration, work hours or access, please inform customer service when making the enquiry so the arrangement can be confirmed according to the actual requirements.
If the AC in Festival City is leaking water or not cooling, should it be cleaned first or inspected first?
First explain where and when the symptom appears. Dust buildup, poor drainage and component faults are handled differently; if the cause is unclear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair, and cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical equipment, stop using the relevant equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for Festival City calculated?
The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is the same charge, not charged separately twice. If repairs are carried out after the inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Does air conditioning repair include a warranty?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the method of handling, the parts needed and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation; parts availability is checked according to the actual model.
What installation items should be checked when replacing an air conditioner in Festival City?
Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
Does sending a WhatsApp enquiry count as a booking already?
An enquiry does not mean the booking is confirmed; the service date and time must be confirmed by customer service with you.
