Residential AC cleaning
AC cleaning is our main service. Split units and window units use the same household price list, charged by the number of units cleaned; additional items will be quoted separately first.
First photograph the indoor and outdoor unit locations
For a split unit, please also photograph the outdoor unit, nearby windows, and any accessible areas; for a window unit, photograph the unit body and window frame to assess whether it can be safely removed. Whether it can be dismantled and cleaned cannot be determined solely from the building block or age.
For multiple units, first confirm the address
For group purchases in the same estate, first list each household's phase, block, model and number of units, then check the price according to same-day arrangement conditions. Cross-household grouping must be confirmed separately, and the whole estate should not be treated as one work location.

Distinguish between the phases and the block
City One Shatin is a private residential estate made up of several phases. When booking, please include the phase, block and unit to avoid confusing the estate reference address with the door number of your building.
Residential and shopping mall are separated
Residential units in the estate are not the same as the shopping mall area of Fortune City One. Shop units, shared mall equipment and residents' own air conditioners are handled by different users, and the scope of work should be checked separately.
Do not assume the model based on the housing estate.
The unit may have had the AC replaced or the interior layout altered. Please confirm the cleaning locations for the window-type AC, split-type AC, and each unit based on the current unit and installation photos.

Split-type indoor unit cleaning
Clean the cooling coil, fan blades (squirrel cage), dust filter and drain tray, and clear and inspect the drainage. Water collection and electronic board waterproof protection are prepared before cleaning.
Window unit cleaning
Clean the dust filter according to the model, installation location and accessible area, and inspect dust build-up. The customer does not need to dismantle the unit themselves.

Basic scope and separate quotations
Basic indoor cleaning for split-type units does not include the outdoor condenser. If additional cleaning, repairs, or parts replacement are needed, we will first confirm feasibility and provide a quote, and proceed only after the customer’s confirmation.

Can AC cleaning be arranged for City One Shatin only?
The phase, block, unit, model and number of units are also required. 4 is a reference address for the estate information and does not mean every block uses this building number for on-site location.
Is cleaning the air conditioners of different blocks charged at the same rate?
Check according to the current model, number of units and group-purchase conditions. Same estate, nearby locations and same-day arrangements are the focus; cross-unit group bookings must be confirmed separately, and discounts will not be applied automatically just because the estate is the same.
If there is water dripping or the AC is not cold at City One Shatin, should I clean it first or inspect it first?
First explain where and when the symptom appears. Dust buildup, poor drainage and component faults are handled differently; if the cause is unclear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair, and cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical equipment, stop using the relevant equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for City One Shatin calculated?
The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is the same charge, not charged separately twice. If repairs are carried out after the inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Does air conditioning repair include a warranty?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the method of handling, the parts needed and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation; parts availability is checked according to the actual model.
What installation items need to be checked when replacing an AC at City One Shatin?
Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
