AC cleaning is our main service. Split units and window units use the same household price list, charged by the number of units cleaned; additional items will be quoted separately first.
First organize the space by the window and under the unit
For a window unit, confirm the removal route first; for a split unit, photograph the indoor and outdoor units. List the protection needed for beds, clothes and electronic devices first, and do not dismantle the frame or move the outdoor unit yourself.
List of separate households nearby
Residents in the same estate can first list the building name, unit, model and number of units for each household, then ask about same-day arrangements; cross-household group purchases require separate confirmation of the quotation and do not directly use the same-household multi-unit discount.

Split-type indoor unit cleaning
Clean the cooling coil, fan blades (squirrel cage), dust filter and drain tray, and clear and inspect the drainage. Water collection and electronic board waterproof protection are prepared before cleaning.
Window unit cleaning
Clean the dust filter according to the model, installation location and accessible area, and inspect dust build-up. The customer does not need to dismantle the unit themselves.

Basic scope and separate quotations
Basic indoor cleaning for split-type units does not include the outdoor condenser. If additional cleaning, repairs, or parts replacement are needed, we will first confirm feasibility and provide a quote, and proceed only after the customer’s confirmation.

Can AC enquiries for Chung On Estate and Kam Fung Court be combined?
You may inquire about both at the same time, but please list the estate/housing estate, building name and each household’s details separately. Whether same-day scheduling is possible and the fee required depends on the current conditions, model and manpower, and must be confirmed.
If several households at Chung On Estate clean their ACs together, can the multi-unit rate be applied directly?
Cross-household group bookings are different from multiple units in the same household, so the quotation and same-day arrangement must be confirmed separately. Please first organise each household’s address, model and number of units, rather than only providing the total number for the whole group.
If the AC at Chung On Estate is leaking water or not cooling, should cleaning or inspection come first?
First explain where and when the symptom appears. Dust buildup, poor drainage and component faults are handled differently; if the cause is unclear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair, and cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical equipment, stop using the relevant equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for Chung On Estate calculated?
The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is the same charge, not charged separately twice. If repairs are carried out after the inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Does air conditioning repair include a warranty?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the method of handling, the parts needed and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation; parts availability is checked according to the actual model.
What installation items need to be confirmed for AC replacement at Chung On Estate?
Provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, mounting support, piping, drain and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty for the unit. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms; for example, in a dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
