What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Oi Tung Estate?
Please provide the new and old models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support, piping, drainage and power supply locations, and confirm removal of the old unit, transportation and any additional work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in the basic installation. General installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Does air conditioner cleaning come with a warranty?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, for dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning work, and not all pre-existing faults or leaks are eligible for free repair.
