What installation items need to be confirmed when replacing air conditioners at Hin Keng Estate?
Please provide the new and old models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra work. Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation. General installation warranty is one year, separate from the manufacturer’s warranty, and building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Does air conditioner cleaning include a warranty?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms; for example, for dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the dripping was caused by the cleaning, and this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
