What installation items should be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Ka Shing Court?
Please provide the old and new unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support structure, piping, drainage and power supply locations, and confirm removal of the old unit, transportation and any extra works. Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer's warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed according to the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms; for example, in cases involving water dripping, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by cleaning, and this does not mean that all pre-existing faults or water leakage will be repaired free of charge.
