Please provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transport and any additional works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in standard installation. The general installation warranty is one year, separate from the manufacturer’s warranty, and building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Does air conditioner cleaning come with a warranty?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, for water leakage cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning; this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
