What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Yu Chui Court?
Please provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, pipework, drainage and power supply locations, and confirm removal of the old unit, transportation and any additional works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in the basic installation. General installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Is there a warranty for air-conditioning cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, in cases involving water leakage, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning, and this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
