Our repair service does not include any warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the handling method, the required parts and the quotation; work will only begin after confirmation. Parts supply is verified according to the actual model.
What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Fung Wah Estate?
Please provide the old and new model, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support brackets, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transportation and any additional works. Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation; the general installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty, and building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty, and the applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, in cases of water leakage, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning; this does not mean that all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
