What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Fung Ting Court?
Please provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit positions, supports, piping, drainage and power supply locations so that removal of the old unit, transportation and any additional work can be confirmed. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in the basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year, and it is separate from the manufacturer's warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Does air conditioner cleaning come with a warranty?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, in dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning service; this does not mean that all existing faults or water leakage will be repaired free of charge.
