Split-type indoor unit cleaning
Clean the cooling coil, fan blades (squirrel cage), dust filter and drain tray, and clear and inspect the drainage. Water collection and electronic board waterproof protection are prepared before cleaning.
Window unit cleaning
Clean the dust filter according to the model, installation location and accessible area, and inspect dust build-up. The customer does not need to dismantle the unit themselves.

Basic scope and separate quotations
Basic indoor cleaning for split-type units does not include the outdoor condenser. If additional cleaning, repairs, or parts replacement are needed, we will first confirm feasibility and provide a quote, and proceed only after the customer’s confirmation.

State furniture, renovation, business and management requirements; positions that cannot be reached safely should be assessed by a professional first.
Existing Issues
Existing water leakage, poor cooling, abnormal noise or tripping must be stated first. Cleaning does not replace fault inspection or repair.

For water leakage or poor cooling at E View, should cleaning or inspection come first?
Please first state where and when the symptoms occur. Dust buildup, drainage issues and mechanical faults require different handling; if the cause is unclear, inspection should come first before confirming cleaning or repair. Cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical appliances, please stop using the affected equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for E View calculated?
The inspection/attendance fee is HK$500 and is a single charge, not billed separately twice. If repair is carried out after inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner repair?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the method of handling, required parts and the quotation; work will begin only after confirmation. Parts availability is checked against the actual model.
When replacing an air conditioner at E View, what installation items need to be checked?
Please provide the old and new model, indoor and outdoor unit positions, support, piping, drainage and power supply locations, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Bringing a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation; general installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer's warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
Cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The scope and conditions are checked according to the cleaning service terms; for example, in cases of water leakage, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning, and this does not mean all existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
