What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Kai Ying Court?
Please provide the old and new model, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year, separate from the manufacturer’s warranty, and building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, for water leakage cases, it must first be confirmed whether the leakage was caused by the cleaning work, and this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
