Split-type indoor unit cleaning
Clean the cooling coil, fan blades (squirrel cage), dust filter and drain tray, and clear and inspect the drainage. Water collection and electronic board waterproof protection are prepared before cleaning.
Window unit cleaning
Clean the dust filter according to the model, installation location and accessible area, and inspect dust build-up. The customer does not need to dismantle the unit themselves.

Basic scope and separate quotations
Basic indoor cleaning for split-type units does not include the outdoor condenser. If additional cleaning, repairs, or parts replacement are needed, we will first confirm feasibility and provide a quote, and proceed only after the customer’s confirmation.

For air conditioner water dripping or poor cooling at Harmony, should cleaning or inspection come first?
Please first describe where and when the symptoms occur. Dust buildup, poor drainage, and mechanical faults are handled differently; if the cause is unclear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair. Cleaning does not guarantee to solve the fault. If water is near electrical appliances, please stop using the relevant equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for Harmony calculated?
The inspection/service call fee is HK$500, and it is a single charge that will not be split and charged twice. If repair is carried out after inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quote is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner repair?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, method of handling, required parts, and quotation; work will only begin after confirmation. Parts supply is checked against the actual model.
What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Harmony?
Please provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, piping, drainage, and power supply positions to confirm removal of the old unit, transportation, and any additional work. Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in the basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty; building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty, and the applicable scope and conditions are checked according to the cleaning service terms. For example, for dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning; this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
