Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the repair method, the required parts and the quotation. Work will begin only after confirmation. Parts supply will be checked against the actual model.
What installation items need to be verified when replacing an air-conditioner at Mun Tung Estate?
Please provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit positions, supports, piping, drainage and power supply locations to confirm removal of the old unit, transportation and any additional works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in standard installation. The warranty for standard installation is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air-conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, in water-dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning service; not all pre-existing faults or water leaks qualify for free repair.
