Is there a warranty for air conditioner repair?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the handling method, the required parts and the quotation, and work will only begin after confirmation. Parts supply is checked against the actual model.
What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Tin Yiu (2) Estate?
Please provide the old and new unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support structure, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transportation and any additional works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in the basic installation. General installation warranty is one year and is counted separately from the manufacturer's warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on actual conditions.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty, and the applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, for water dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning work. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
