Our repair service does not include warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the handling method, the required parts and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation. Parts supply is checked against the actual model.
What installation items should be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Po Shing Building?
Please provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transportation and any extra work. Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation. General installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Does air conditioner cleaning include warranty?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, in water-dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
